Arts of the First Peoples: The Woodlands, the Plains and the Subarctic
Introduction to the visual arts of Aboriginal peoples of the eastern and central regions of North America. A post-colonial perspective will be used to consider selected examples of creative production from time immemorial to the present.Prerequisite: second-year standing or permission of the Discipline.
Lectures three hours a week.
