Political Economy of Global Finance
An exploration of the organization of the global financial system. Issues to be covered include the relationship between global finance and the state and the problems associated with governing global finance. Also offered at the graduate level, with additional or different requirements, as
PSCI 5802, for which additional credit is precluded.
Prerequisite: fourth-year Honours or permission of the Department, and one of
PSCI 2602,
PSCI 3600, or
PSCI 3703.
Seminars three hours a week.
