Topics may include forms of capitalism, governmentality, sovereign power, biopolitics, and citizenship. Also offered at the graduate level, with different requirements, as PSCI 5303, for which additional credit is precluded.Prerequisite: fourth-year Honours standing or permission of the Department. Seminar three hours a week. |
