The treatment in law and public policy of such human rights issues as: capital punishment, sexual orientation, euthanasia, abortion, new reproductive technologies, racial discrimination, religious and equality rights.Prerequisite: third-year standing and one of PSCI 2002, PSCI 2003 or PSCI 2101. Lectures three hours a week. |
