Procedures and methods of investment analysis. The stock and bond markets. Government regulation of securities markets. Valuation of common stocks and fixed income securities. Options, warrants, convertibles, and commodities. (Also listed as

ECON 3501 (no longer offered).
Prerequisites:
ECON 2505 with a grade of C- or higher, and
ECON 2202 (or equivalent) with a grade of C- or higher.
Lectures three hours a week.
