BUSI 4706 [0.5 credit]

International Human Resource Management

Theoretical and process issues in the recruitment, selection, training, evaluation and repatriation of personnel in multi-country organizations. Issues are examined from the perspective of organizations, expatriates and local employees of multinational firms.
Precludes additional credit for BUSI 4704.
Prerequisite: third-year standing in B.Com. (International Business Concentration) or B.I.B., and BUSI 3102, and one of BUSI 2702 or BUSI 3703.
Lectures three hours a week.
