Theory and applications of current biochemical/biophysical instrumentation and techniques including biophysical spectroscopy, molecular structure determination, calorimetry, and mass spectrometry.
Precludes additional credit for
BIOC 4002.
Prerequisites: (
BIOC 2300 or
CHEM 2101) and
BIOC 2200, or permission of the Institute.
Lectures three hours a week.
