Managing Projects
Foundations and core principles of managing projects and supporting techniques. Strategic, behavioral, team-based, technical, and global issues related to managing projects. Leadership dimensions, project selection and initiation, project definition, organization structure, risk assessment, scheduling, performance measurement, social responsibility, and learning systems.Prerequisite: BUSI 5801 and enrolment in the International Development Management Concentration of the MBA Program in the Sprott School of Business.
