Elements of Computer Systems
Concepts in basic computer architecture, assembly languages, high level languages including object orientation, compilers and operating system concepts (including concurrency mechanisms such as processes and threads and computer communication). Designed for graduate students without extensive undergraduate preparation in computer system engineering (or equivalent experience).Prerequisites: programming experience with at least one high level language and permission of the Department.
