MATH 5910 [1.0 credit] (MAT 6097)

Project in Mathematics and Statistics

Project in mathematics and statistics supervised by a professor approved by the graduate director resulting in a major report (approximately 30-40 pages). Graded by the supervisor and another professor appointed by the graduate director. The project will normally be completed in one term.
Precludes additional credit for MATH 5909.
Prerequisite: approval of the graduate director.
