Race, Ethnicity and the Law
Examines ways race and racism interact with gender and class in shaping legal system. Explores ways legal system institutionalizes racism and potential for using the legal system to combat racism. Selected areas such as immigration law and native rights may be used to illustrate themes.Summer session: some of the courses listed in this Calendar are offered during the summer.
