Fundamentals of IT Service Management
ITIL and ISO 20000 topics including service support and service delivery fundamentals. Service support includes service/help desk, configuration, incident, problem, release, and change management. Service delivery includes security, service level, capacity, continuity, availability and IT financial management.Precludes additional credit for IBUS 5701 and ITIS 5413.
