Cost-Benefit Analysis and Project Evaluation
Techniques and problems in cost-benefit analysis and the evaluation of public and private projects. Topics may include surplus measurement, investment decision rules, shadow pricing, the valuation of non-marketed goods, distributive weights, and the evaluation of projects involving uncertainty, loss of life, and/or population change.Summer session: some of the courses listed in this Calendar are offered during the summer.
