Review of the work presented by the founders in the field of human behaviour in fire. Introduction to the basic notions of perception, cognition, information processing, decision-making and problem solving. Behavioural concepts such as panic, commitment, affiliation, familiarity and role are discussed.Precludes additional credit for CIVE 5708 (2001-2003).
