In-Situ Geotechnique
Subsurface exploration program. Soil and rock sampling. Geo-physical methods. Mechanical and hydraulic properties of soil and rock. Determination of strength and deformability. Critical evaluation of vane, pressuremeter, screw plate, dilatometer, borehole shear and plate load tests. Pumping, recharge and packer tests. In-situ stress measurements.Summer session: some of the courses listed in this Calendar are offered during the summer.
