An exploration of the research and organizational challenges arising from changing gender roles. Topics include: the sex segregation of work, gender differences in management styles, work-family conflict, women's careers, managing sexual harassment, employment equity and pay equity.Summer session: some of the courses listed in this Calendar are offered during the summer.
