Evolutionary Bioinformatics
Basic concepts in molecular evolution and hands-on experience with the computer analysis of DNA sequences. Topics may include molecular sequence databases, multiple alignments and phylogenetic trees.Prerequisite: permission of the director or associate director of OCIB.
