Public Management
Principles and processes of public-sector management as they function through cabinet-parliamentary government, federalism, the public service bureaucracy and the judiciary. Institutional reforms and changes in the philosophy of public sector management.Precludes additional credit for PADM 5000.
Prerequisite: PSCI 2003 or equivalent.
