Crime, Social Change and Criminal Law Reform
Examination of the ideological and practical consequences of criminal law reform and policy initiatives undertaken by the state. Specific reform proposals examined to illustrate possible alternate responses to social problems and the varying effects of these responses.Summer session: some of the courses listed in this Calendar are offered during the summer.
