Legal Method and Social Inquiry
Introduces problems of research strategy and methods. Explores contrasting methodologies in legal research; evaluates methodologies employed in understanding legal reasoning, discourses, and practices. Includes seminars in which participants present outlines of their own research projects, focusing on methodologies and research questions.Summer session: some of the courses listed in this Calendar are offered during the summer.
