Method of Fee Payment Full-time and part-time fees are payable in full, by term. Winter-term courses registered for in September are payable on or before January 15. Scholarships, bursaries, and loans administered by the University will be applied first to fees, provided that this is not contrary to the terms of the award. Personal cheques will be accepted for the payment of accounts, but the University reserves the right to cancel this policy if it is abused. A service charge of $12 will be assessed for each cheque returned to the University as non-negotiable for any reason. Students are requested to provide their own cheques when making payments. A statement of tuition fees paid will be available for income tax purposes by the end of February and mailed to all students who have paid accounts in full. Students will be charged $4.50 in advance for each duplicate tax certificate requested.
