Unfortunately, the organizing committee is unable to provide financial assistance with travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by presenters.
Proposals should be no longer than 300 words.
Presentations should last a maximum of twenty minutes in order to allow time for questions and discussion during each panel. Generally, this will mean that papers will be between eight and ten typed, double-spaced pages, but timing presentations while practising them is still advisable. In the interests of fairness to other presenters and in order to maintain our schedule, session chairs will enforce time limits.
Presentation equipment (projectors of various sorts, screens, laptop computer) can be provided on request. Presenters will be asked for their requirements after their proposals have been accepted.
