    This annual event brings together approximately 500 students from Ottawa-Gatineau area French and English-language high schools to attend a day of workshops – twenty-one in all – on a wide range of international and security issues. This year's English keynote will be given by Dr. Val Percival of NPSIA, on the topic, "Humanitarian Action in Conflict-Affected States: The Importance of Health" (9:00-10:00 in Southam Hall, Theater B), and the French keynote will be given by Dr. Stephen Brown of the University of Ottawa on the topic, «La lutte contre l'impunité en Afrique: Comment poursuivre les responsables d'abus massifs de droits humains?» (12:45-1:45 in Southam Hall, Theater B).
